We recently completed a laundry remodeling project for a villa in Meadows 9, transforming a dated utility area into a modern, functional space. Our laundry renovation focused on maximizing storage, improving aesthetics, and enhancing the overall user experience.
We manufactured and installed a custom made cabinet with an open shelving unit, crafted from moisture-resistant pink melamine MDF. This durable material ensures longevity while providing ample storage for laundry essentials.
To create a bright and energy-efficient environment, we supplied and installed LED lights throughout the laundry area. Our team also performed the necessary electrical works, ensuring safe and reliable connections for all appliances.
As part of our laundry revamp, we re-installed both the washing machine and fridge. This careful process guaranteed that all appliances were positioned optimally for easy access and efficient operation.
We performed false ceiling patchwork and installed a new access panel to facilitate future maintenance. Utilizing gypsum ceiling techniques, our experts seamlessly blended the patchwork into the existing structure.
For a fresh, polished look, we carried out ceiling painting using high-quality materials. This final touch brightened the space and complemented the updated design.
A key highlight of this laundry fit-out was the manufacturing and installation of soft closing double sliding doors. This double door system discreetly conceals the DB and internet box, as well as cleaning supplies. The soft close sliding door mechanism ensures easy access while maintaining a sleek, clutter-free appearance.
