We recently had the pleasure of completing a full-scale bathroom remodeling project for a villa in Damac Hills – Brookfield Cluster. Our goal was to deliver a luxurious bathroom revamp that combined modern functionality with elegant finishes. From demolition to the final touches, every detail was meticulously managed to ensure a stunning result.
The project began with the careful demolition of the existing bathroom and the safe disposal of all old fixtures and materials. This preliminary step allowed us to start fresh, ensuring that the new bathroom fit-out would be installed on a clean and secure foundation.
Once the space was cleared, we performed comprehensive waterproofing to protect the structure from moisture damage. Next came the supply and installation of floor and wall tiles, handpicked to elevate the look and feel of the bathroom. We also installed tile corner beading for added durability and a clean, finished appearance. These new tiling and flooring elements laid the groundwork for a truly luxurious space.
Central to the transformation was the selection and installation of high-quality bathroom sanitary ware. We opted for a sophisticated matte gold brush finish for the concealed floating W/C, shattaf, shower, sink, and faucet—adding a touch of contemporary elegance to the bathroom. This cohesive design language ensures every detail works in harmony.
A standout feature of this bathroom revamp is the custom made vanity. Crafted with precision, it includes a premium marble top to enhance both functionality and aesthetic appeal. We also supplied and installed a beautifully framed mirror that complements the vanity and helps reflect light throughout the room.
For the finishing touches, we carried out expert wall painting and ceiling painting using Jotun’s Lady Design paint. This premium paint provides a high-quality finish that resists moisture and ensures a long-lasting, vibrant color scheme.
